After a promising teaser, Pixar has now given us our first look at their next film, The Good Dinosaur. It looks like the studio is keeping up its momentum following the release of Inside Out, which has garnered widespread critical praise and lots of money, proving that there's still plenty of interest in original properties. This one takes us to a world where dinosaurs never went extinct (how will it factor into that one-world Pixar Theory?). It looks like a clever twist on the boy and his dog narrative: this time, it's a dinosaur and his boy.
The animation is beautiful, the character designs are adorable, and the voice cast includes Neil Patrick Harris and Judy Greer - so, yeah, I'm really excited for this one. Partly Cloudy director Peter Sohn is at the helm, marking his feature debut.
The Good Dinosaur hits theaters November 25.
This is beneficial, especially for potential employers who may want to conduct a background check on you.
