This is simply amazing to see. Is it any wonder that Pixar is my dream place to work? It's so encouraging to see a major Hollywood studio take a stand, and it's an example of the kind of environment Pixar provides: it's a place where all people are not simply tolerated, not merely appreciated, but loved.
