Hyde Park on Hudson Trailer

It's too early for the 2013 Oscar season to be in sharp focus, but even from this distance, I suspect Hyde Park on Hudson may have prospects.  Roger Michell (Venus, Morning Glory) directs the story of the King and Queen of England (Samuel West and Olivia Colman) visiting FDR (Bill Murray), Elanor Roosevelt (Olivia Williams), and FDR's cousin Margaret Suckley (Laura Linney), with whom FDR had an alleged love affair.  It's a phenomenal cast taking on interesting material, and I'm especially excited to see Linney taking on a role that could finally net her an Oscar, or at least another nomination - she's one of the best there is.

Hyde Park on Hudson comes out December 7.
