Golden Globe Nomination Predictions

I'm barely around these days. Working in production has made me reevaluate how I spend my time. I don't make it to the movies as often, and when I do, I value the escapism from long hours and stress. I still analyze and gush and celebrate, but not via writing. Maybe I'll make a proper return to blogging someday, but between my busy schedule and the desire to write my own movies rather than writing about other people's movies, I don't think I'll ever be as frequent a poster as I once was.

Nonetheless, I do always enjoy taking a stab at predicting awards, even though I'm not as well-versed in this year's crop of hopefuls, and I'm not as invested as I was in past years. It's still fun to hash out, especially in a year where so much is unclear (this morning's screwy SAG Award nominations show how unpredictable this season is).
