Spielberg's Lincoln

It seems like we've been talking about Steven Spielberg's Abe Lincoln biopic for years (because we have). At last, we have some firm facts.  Yes, the film is finally happening.  When Liam Neeson dropped out of the project a few months ago, I was mightily dismayed, thinking that it would have been a great part for him, something more serious to balance his recent slew of action films like Taken and The A-Team.  Now, the film is set to release in the fall of 2012, and the more exciting news is who's filling the historic tophat: none other than Daniel Day-Lewis.  Does anyone else smell a possible third Oscar for the amazing There Will Be Blood star?  Because my nostrils are tingling.
