From David Chase, creator of The Sopranos, comes Not Fade Away, about a group of teenage friends from Jersey who try to start a rock band in the 1960s. Chase, who wrote and directed the film, reunites with James Gandolfini, who costars alongside Brad Garrett, Jack Huston, and Bella Heathcote. This is Chase's first feature film, so it'll be interesting to see how one of the most celebrated showrunners in TV history (he has seven Emmys) makes the jump to a new medium.
Not Fade Away hits theaters December 21.
