Dreamworks has released the trailer for their forthcoming original animated tale, The Croods, about a prehistoric family that is forced to venture into a strange world when their cave is destroyed. Chris Sanders and Kirk DeMicco wrote and directed the film, which looks like a lot of fun. Nicolas Cage, Catherine Keener, Emma Stone, Clark Duke, and Cloris Leachman voice the cave-family, while Ryan Reynolds plays an inventive nomad who challenges the Croods' simple way of life.
The Croods hits theaters March 22, 2013.
